After graduating from the University of Oklahoma in 2014, Victoria wanted to pursue her dream of being a pastry chef and she went on to attend Culinary School to earn her education in Pastry Arts. Victoria has attributed her love of gourmet popcorn to the fact that her dad always made homemade popcorn and kettle corn in an old black cast iron skillet for her.
As you will notice in the store, pecans are prevalent in many different sweets and goodies. These pecans are very dear to the heart of the store, as they came straight from the trees in our Steph’s family pecan grove. Steph was born and raised on the pecan grove and he is a little “nuts” about them. Now, as he and Victoria grow their family, the love of pecans is only getting stronger.
